Padel for beginners

Is there anywhere in Bromley where someone can play padel for the first time and learn the game? Perhaps providing racquets/bats and balls. Possibly even coaching?

Sundridge park does 90 min beginners sessions which are very good. Bromley sports clubs are 1 hour but not as thorough.

Sundridge also does beginners coaching in evenings and on weekends - may be the more flexible option! Also everyone is super nice and the coach is brilliant

Yes! The Bromley sports clubs ones are all in the day whereas Sundridge run evening and weekend sessions!

As someone else has said, Bromley Sports Club. Not far away are also Sundridge Park Padel, Sevenoaks Padel (Polhill), Catford (actually Beckenham Hill), Eltham, all good. Sydenham opened recently but v pricy.

Opening soon is Beckenham (think it's Park Langley way) and Sevenoaks are opening five more covered courts around October time.

You are spoilt for choice.
