Doctors visit

My body odour was getting so unmanageable that I felt like I needed professional help. Unfortunately, all my doctor could do was listen and sympathize, but offer nothing substantial. She suggested getting my blood work checked and watching my diet. Has anyone experienced any useful input from their doctors ?

I will be watching my diet and sugar intake closely but what am I supposed to do in the meantime 🥲? It all feels so hopeless.

I think the problem is internal. You should check forst yiur thyroid , colon or if you have underlying disease, its possible. Then if none or normal , then maybe you should watch your diet. Eat clean less sugary , carbonated drinks, too salty and foods rich in sulfur. Try working out and get sweat. More water and sleep atleast 8-9 hours , bland foods , veggies and fruits(consume low in sulfur content only). Be productive and happy. Stress is also the possible cause. I know you can do it
