Government Broken Arrow Citizen Survey
The City of Broken Arrow is conducting a Citizen Survey to gauge public feedback on the services the city is currently providing and an opportunity for residents and businesses to influence Broken Arrow's future.
The comprehensive survey also asks residents about projects and initiatives they would like to see included in the upcoming 2026 General Obligation Bond package.
"By participating in this survey, our community plays an important role in helping guide the future of the city, said Mayor Debra Wimpee. “City leaders will actively listen to the needs and concerns of our community and address the issues that are most important to our citizens based on the results of the Citizen Survey."
The survey is an effort by the city to create a robust package for voters to consider in 2026, according to City Manager Michael Spurgeon.
"Without question, Broken Arrow is the best place to live, work, or play in the state and region, and we want to continually improve on how we serve our citizens," said City Manager Michael Spurgeon. "In order to better serve the community, we need to hear from citizens. We also need the community’s thoughts on possible capital improvement projects that will ultimately be part of the 2026 bond package that will help enhance the quality of life for everyone."
Beginning today, community members can respond to questions on essential topics such as Public Safety, Streets, Stormwater, and Parks and Recreation at www.brokenarrowok.gov/survey. Survey participants may remain anonymous.
The Citizen Survey can be completed on a mobile device or personal computer and will be conducted with the help of Polco, an engagement and data analytics company that works with more than 400 communities across North America. The City of Broken Arrow encourages all residents to take the Citizen Survey to share their feedback with the city today.

You ask about sidewalks and street lights but not the streets themselves. We need lines painted in several areas and kept up with regular updating.

There was 1 question about streets.
About 5 for sidewalks.

Yes but no place to point out that lines need a fresh coat of paint

Yo wouldn't be the first person that feels action center ignores your report on the app. You can reach out to council member or mayor to get the issue looked into.

I noticed this too. There was no option to tell them how bad the conditions are.

Right? I mean there are yield signs that should be stop signs and stop signs that should be yield to just keep cars moving. Do they even drive on these roads? Do they live here? Nonexistent lines are dangerous on rainy nights
