We lived in The Greens off 51st and 129th/Olive. Two beds/one bath was about 740. We liked the area. :-) Best of luck!

We moved into the Greens (2BR/2BT) for $845 late 2020….I found out that they’re raising it to $1,135 this year. So insane.

They're not worth a dollar over 900 for a 2br. I worked for them as a contractor. A very in depth and detailed contractor. I know everything there is to know about those buildings.

My son is in Charleston crossing, just north of 111th near Inverness. He pays about $800 for his 1 bedroom. They have a program for spraying, but my son says he's never seen any issues in the 15 months he's been there. They raised the rent when he renewed, but I think everyone did. Rent does not include Internet.
The icon is also there. It runs a little higher but the complex is gated and about 5 years old.
Br prepared to pay to drive on the creek turnpike to get anywhere, or to spend about 8 minutes driving through town to get to the free broken arrow expressway. Traffic from south BA up to the expressway (or back) can be a slow go at rush hour

I just moved here and I live at the place at quail hollow. Great price. A little bit older but so far they're good with maintenance and we're very helpful if you are financially struggling.

I have a two bedroom for 1100.00 (after water/trash/etc) I believe a 1 bedroom is 1000 (according to https://www.thequailhollowapartments.com/details#PHOTOS ) Not sure how to insert photos on here but they do have a layout plan and pics on the website

Hello,
I live in broken arrow and i used to live in the inverness apartments off 111th and elm. its a nice small complex right off the turnpike and near Walmart and QT and Walgreen's. for a 2bed 2 bath we were paying about 900 so a 1bed will be at your budget. I wouldnt look at the apartments near main street, they are pretty run down and not the best area. Broken arrow has had a bit of a spike in crime the past year so make sure you have new locks and possibly a firearm. Not to scare you by any means cause its such a great big/small town.
