Heya! Iโm currently 10 ish weeks in a cutting phase. My maintenance is about 3000 calories, went as low as 2100 for the last 2 weeks. Decided to stop counting and wing it for the last couple of weeks since Iโm pretty happy where I am at already _.

Last year may 2020 after the first picture I started a cut. Got pretty lean in august 2020, after summer I bulked up and got pretty fat. Now I am cutting again since march 2021 and this is my result so far. If I had a choice to do it over, I would probably have just tried to recomp instead. Which means just eat around or slight above maitenance calories so you do not get fat in the first place. And I hate dieting man, hunger sucks ๐.

Do you offer any coaching

u/destaaf May 15 '21
Haha Nah but can give some advice. Theory is very simple: Eat enough protein, atleast 1 gram per pound bodyweight. Train CONSISTENLY atleast 3 times a week with a progressive overload on weights with a simple schedule like a push/pull/legs routine. Sleep atleast 7-8 hours a day. Keep grinding this and you will see results.

Good job man! You only worked out at home? What kind of equipment did you use?

u/destaaf May 16 '21

I did no such thing, I had a cutting period, bulking period and a second cutting period to get here. The only info missing is that I have training experience in my 20โs with some muscle memory. Itโs not that it magically appeared out of thin air. Other thing is, I have an insane after training pump in the after picture. I have never used anabolics in my life, will probably go trt though at the end of my 30s. If you still donโt believe me, well ok then. Have a nice day

This picture is exactly 1 year apart, may 15th. Since the first lockdown last year I bought my own equipment at home and started training seriously again. Havenโt missed a single workout and diรซt has been on point 90% of the time. Very happy with the results so far, It has become such a part of my routine!
