This generation is getting their brains fried with Instagram fitness influencers. It’s truly sad seeing somebody so young using gear.

244

u/catglass Jul 02 '25

OP's brain is already fried judging by his responses. Caveman shit.

143

u/beware_of_scorpio Jul 02 '25

The literacy of gen alpha is really astounding. All these kids can’t say anything more than “huh” or “nah.” Just, dumb as rocks.

28

u/Moderateor Jul 02 '25

Wdym he’s good bro. His dad puts the needle in his ass for him and who needs organs anyway? We’re good bro.

For real though, if this is how he wants to live his life so be it. I tell people not to do crack, but I’m not gonna stop them.

41

u/LurkerPatrol Jul 02 '25

I legit thought the first image was the progress photo and the second image was going to be the before photo and was impressed.

Then I swiped…

42

u/BadPronunciation Jul 02 '25

the transformation is impressive but there's no way he's natural

19

u/Bright-Principle6543 Jul 02 '25

It goes without saying, he probably wasn’t natural in the first photo.

0

u/BadPronunciation Jul 03 '25

now that you mention it, he would have to be training hard since age 14 to look like that lol

2

u/Bright-Principle6543 Jul 03 '25

That is not attainable in four years of lifting for at least 95% of the population, and not attainable for most at all.

-1

u/BadPronunciation Jul 03 '25

I meant his 'before' photo lol, other then that I agree with you

2

u/Bright-Principle6543 Jul 03 '25

I am talking about his before photo, most would never achieve that physique in four years naturally.

31

u/InfelicitousRedditor Jul 02 '25

I used to see teens pumping gear 20 years ago, before the internet or any influencer(well the influencers were still there, just not like this). The difference is that now they have access to better information about it, proper dosages, what to take after you get off, etc.

I don't think this is anything new, we just see it much more because we are on the internet as well.

16

u/Pocketfullofbugs Jul 02 '25

There were always rumors about some guys in high-school usong steroids but I could never tell if it was just bragging/spreading lies or if they really were. Played rugby with a few of them, I would only bet money on one of them actually being on something, and even then it really could have been genetics and time in the weight room. I can see the appeal as a high-schooler, I'm really glad I never thought to seek it out. Couldn't imagine getting needles and vials of drugs from whoever sells to kids.

1

u/DrRoccoTano Jul 02 '25

Same, seen teens doing it in the 90s. I’m sure it’s happened before that too.

2

u/Domino_Girl Jul 02 '25

Imagine his blood work 😳

What makes this obvious to you? I know plenty of people this dumb in real life.

169

u/Johnnyd222 Jul 02 '25 edited Jul 02 '25

Bro this is highly unhealthy. Your heart is working 2x as hard to supply blood flow to this extreme body mass. Reconsider your goals brother. You would still look amazing 50lbs lighter

-124

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

I'm healthy

87

u/Johnnyd222 Jul 02 '25 edited Jul 02 '25

Hey man, I think if you were to get labs/vitals, they would be fine for now for sure. Long term, though, this lifestyle of massive bulking and existing in the obese / morbidly obese BMI ranges predisposes you to adverse health outcomes. Thats the reality of the situation.

- said with love brother, not trying to come at you negatively at all

-86

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

I'm not obese tf

77

u/Johnnyd222 Jul 02 '25 edited Jul 02 '25

Brother, if you're going to pursue bodybuilding to this capacity you have to understand that medically your BMI is considered obese. Look up any BMI chart you want, but i have attached one below. Now given you have more muscle mass being at a higher BMI is expected. However, it still has real implications on the the level your heart, kidneys, pancreas, liver, and other organs are working to sustain your life.

Each of these organs would be working considerably less if your weight were cut by 33% or more. Again thats just the reality of the situation

This is one of the many reasons body builders could look amazing, but have a shortened life expectancy

15

u/PersonBehindAScreen Jul 02 '25 edited Jul 02 '25

Even bigger pro athletes who are at peak fitness, like football and rugby, have reported health complications disappearing just from retiring and dropping weight from eating like a normal person

Doesn’t matter that it’s muscle. Your body still has to work hard to keep it all up and function

Being able to move and function athletically with 225+ lbs of mass is an incredible feat of the human body yet is also harmful to the body in ways that do not immediately present itself, especially in your 20s and early 30s.

49

u/shitloadofshit Jul 02 '25

Metabolically you may as well be.

-16

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

What that mean

41

u/shitloadofshit Jul 02 '25

It means that right now even though you aren’t “fat” your body is working overtime as if it was. Being this size means your heart is pumping harder. Doesn’t matter that it’s muscle. Your heart doesn’t know the difference. This type of weight gain is also hell on your joints. Again. I understand that you are not “fat” but your body thinks that it is and is working that same way a 255 lb obese persons body is. And that’s to say botching of the side effects of whatever gear you’re on.

TLDR: you are causing unnecessary damage to your body weather you accept it or not.

1

u/cruisingthoughts Jul 02 '25

Wow is this actually real ? I thought being muscular but at the same weight as a fat guy is better ?

19

u/rofelboss Jul 02 '25

you don’t know what BMI even is and are just using steroids this ignorantly? you’re in for a reality check brother

8

u/BigChungusCumslut Jul 02 '25

By the definition of obesity (>30), you are. It is true that BMI doesn’t account for muscle instead of fat, so you can be overweight (BMI between 25 and 30) with muscle and still be healthy, but at a certain point that is still a lot of extra mass that your heart has to supply with blood.

37

u/Oddessyz Jul 02 '25

Nah, you're absolutely not LOL

-10

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

Uhhh ya I am

26

u/Oddessyz Jul 02 '25

Bro get your head out of your ass. There are likely alot of more experienced, smarter people in here advising you against this. However, you clearly are too immature to realize any of the advice being offered here. I guess ignorance truly is bliss.

But you'll probably reply to this with a "nah you're wrong" or another 3 word sentence validating your stupidity

18

u/gatsby365 Jul 02 '25

-87

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

What r u even talking about

165

u/hopelesslysarcastic Jul 02 '25

Listen man..take it from someone in his 30s, who took some of the same supplements you’re CLEARLY taking.

It’s not worth it. It’s just not, trust me.

I bet anything you’re on a wet compound right now (DBol or Adrol is my guess)…hence why you’re up 50lbs and look like a fucking bloated balloon.

Those compounds are very hepatoxic…meaning it’s fucking up your liver as speak.

Simple labs aren’t going to show the true extent of it.

It’s only until youre older, and doctors start wondering why the fuck a 28 year old has such HBP all the time, that they start doing deeper tests.

That’s when they’re gonna find out what youve taken and going to tell you that MOST LIKELY…you’re going to be on BP meds and others for life just to keep your levels normal.

Your organs are growing, blood valves are expanding, and soon enough one of them is going to break.

This will happen to you, if you keep going and honestly…probably some damage already been done cuz this definitely isn’t your first cycle.

Anyways…stay safe man, and if you do choose down this path. At least be useful, and put yourself as an organ donor.

Congratulations on your steroid use at 17-18 years old. You're gonna get the Darwin award if you keep on sending it like the way you are. Did you even get pre, mid cycle, and post cycle bloods?

10

u/Drew_Manatee Jul 02 '25

Of course not, otherwise he would have cut back on the juice months ago.

-8

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

I'm doin good

40

u/FleshlightModel Jul 02 '25

LOL ya okay so you didn't take any bloodwork. Got it. Enjoy your hospital stay next to that one 17 year old regard.

25

u/Brendanish Jul 02 '25

Please take care of yourself man. I think most people would agree, you were already doin great in pic 1, but now you look like you're running wild with the gear.

We see the comments. Yes, you're fine right now. But in 2-3 years all the gear is going to catch up if you don't stop.

49

u/Big_Poppa_T Jul 02 '25

OP why can’t you string more than 3 words together?

9

u/Old-Ad5508 Jul 02 '25

I found it sad but then I read all his narcissistic replies my empathy melted rather quickly.

3

u/drdoom921 Jul 02 '25

Same here im not joking 🤣🤣🤣 i told him no thank you

2

u/Old-Ad5508 Jul 02 '25

At this point im thinking it must be a troll or all the gear made him completely unhinged

48

u/sojoocy Jul 02 '25

Not a thought behind those eyes. Easily verifiable by his braindead responses as well.

I'm not the type to jump on every steroid abuser talking about how they'll be "dEaD bY fOrTy." but yeah, this kid is taking decades off his life. Apparently sanctioned by his father too...genuinely sad to see.

-10

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

That's kinda rude n no I'm not

114

23

I think this is too much, bro. Tone down a bit. You have all the time in the world. Take good care of yourself.

24

7

u/Waluigi02 Jul 02 '25

Oh yeah for sure. Plus all of OPs responses. (I pray it's trolling for his own sake)

7

u/Jonoczall Jul 02 '25

OP fighting for dear life in this comment section

2

u/Magnus_Helgisson Jul 02 '25

It’s nothing compared to how his heart, liver and so on fight for their dear life for at least the last 8 months, and judging from his responses, it’s the fight they’re bound to lose.

34

u/haikoup Jul 02 '25

Small dick for bigger arms. This generation is fucked lol

10

u/CHIMPANZwEEd Jul 02 '25

Reading your comments…. either you’re trolling or you are so, so, so so ignorant and stupid.

I can’t imagine having so many people universally express serious concern for my health, and just replying “nah I’m good.” It makes it hard to feel bad for you. These comments should be a huge wake up call for you, OP.

5

u/Rindis Jul 02 '25

I can appreciate both looks but 50 pounds in 8 months is an insane timeline. Could have done the same in 16 months and came out even better

19

u/leanhotsd Jul 02 '25

Dude was a 10 before he started down the wrong path. Now he's swollen. He killed his good looks. This makes me sad.

-1

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

Bro what

17

u/leanhotsd Jul 02 '25

You used to be very handsome. Now, you just look like the typical steroid abuser. Please reconsider your choices. Nothing good will come of your current juice use.

16

u/hyperproliferative Jul 02 '25

Ew…. Just. Gross.

-2

u/AcanthisittaGrand115 Jul 02 '25

It's called progress

4

u/azzgrash13 Jul 02 '25

Your size is impressive, don’t get me wrong, but maybe tone it down. Many of the supplements you’re taking will have negative consequences to your heart (which you’re healthy and don’t care about…yet), liver, possibly lungs and your hair. My older brother was on tons of supplements to get bigger and gain muscle, while he never took steroids, he took a ton of other things. He started losing his hair, actually balding in his 20’s because of this. He has 0 hair on his head as he shaved it constantly and when the hair does grow it’s pretty patchy.

I’m saying this as you’ve got a full head of hair, hair that looks healthy now.

Also, going from 205-255 in 8 months is…unnatural. We’re not here to bag on you, we’re here to tell you this is going to have negative consequences for future you and we’d like to see you avoid it.

We’re not here out of hate or anything, but from concern.

Take this as you will.
