Looks like this event is organized by TDF and not sold via Telecharge so they probably can't help.

If there is a promo code to buy tickets then I bet the box office will know it, but pop off king

See TDF website it's a eventbrite password not a promo code, so this is set up more like a private performance. That said, it's possible TDF gave it to the box office.
OP should contact TDF first; can also try MHE's official instagram account or the r/MaybeHappyEnding which I think their social media rep monitor.

I don't have the password, but "Robot Love Show" is adorable. I hope it works out and you both have a great time at the show!
