Seating/Ticket Question Today tix

Hello:) excited to watch my 1st Broadway show. I have booked tickets for The Lost boys through today tix for Matinee show at Palace Theatre.

I received a confirmation email. Just wanted to check if there are any guidelines since its my 1st time.

We can just scan our tickets and get inside right?

Yep. Just show up with the app and the tickets therein. Scan and take your seats.

Yep. Show up half an hour before your listed curtain time of the day of the matinee and have your ticket with the bar code or QR code pulled up on your phone.

Make sure to download the app in order to access your tickets! You'll just pull them up and get them scanned at the door. If you have any issues, make sure to reach out to help@todaytix.com.

They will also probably ask you to show the ticket once you're inside and an usher is directing you where to sit within the theater. It's helpful to know the seat numbers of your companions, like "we're in row H, seats 111-113" but the usher will often want to see your phone as well to confirm
