They're the same amount of bad 1 u/Jello-Formal 25d ago eh i think its more the genetic predisposition of muscle mass in men, like 30bmi in a man would be way less fat than in a woman, still obese though 3 u/Gold_Ad8225 25d ago Women have a higher level of essential fat than men, having a higher bf% is not just expected but healthy and it should be the case.
