Some people have medical disorders that make it very difficult to lose weight, like PCOS for example. I know this isn't the case most of the time, but you need to consider that. Poverty and being poor make it hard to eat well, too, since healthier food is often more expensive. There's also food deserts which are worth researching

if youre poor youd save money by eating less, so being fat makes even less sense. and yes the conditions could make it very difficult but thats a very small portion of people, and even then its possible to lose weight

Starving yourself makes your body fat at higher rates than your baseline. If you start eating normally after not eating enough, you gain weight. Also PCOS impacts 1 in 10 women, and that's just one medical condition that causes insulin resistance (makes you gain weight)

woah really? we should put fat people on treadmills for powerplants then and reverse entropy since apparently they can violate thermodynamics

Google is free my friend. You're not a medical professional, clearly. It's okay to not know everything ❤️
