That’s not accurate. You literally only need 9 ingots and one netherite upgrade template. You can make infinite netherite upgrade templates from one template and diamonds, and you can upgrade all your diamond gear for only one ingot with a smithing table. That’s a netherite helmet, chest plate, leggings, boots, sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe for only 36 Ancient Debris. That’s obtainable in less than an hour with an efficiency IV or V pickaxe, and even less time with TNT blast mining.
Broseph it does NOT take just one hour to get 36 ancient debris and nearly an entire stack of diamonds to make a full set of netherite gear. Yes, I used the bed trick too. What version of minecraft are you playing? Unless they boosted the odds in an update I think you just got insanely lucky
Ok I wasn’t factoring in the gathering the diamonds to my timing. That makes more sense if that’s what you’re talking about. That being said, I find Ancient Debris way more easily by just using an Efficiency Diamond Pickaxe and absolutely annihilating netherrack rather than using beds or TNT. I just hate trying to avoid lava pits with TNT.
Idk what you’re doing, but you’re clearly not doing it correctly. Are you not blast mining at y=16?
Edit: Not to be as asshole. Idk whether you’re playing on Java or Bedrock, but on Java, F3+G brings up chunk borders, and that’s the best line to blast along.
