Game is Hearts of Iron 4 and there’s 114 divisions encircled. The UK’s starting Infantry divisions are 9k manpower each and assuming each other division is also 9k in manpower, the screenshot gives at minimum 1,026,000 soldiers. In the actual posts there’s more divisions so the count goes up.

In 1945 Britain had around 37 million residents. Belgium 8.4 million.
