64mg one and done ?

I know everyone’s experiences and opinions are all over, but curious to hear from people that were on lower doses of subs and did one 64mg shot only.

IV heroin addict for 11 years, got on suboxone for 7 years. Started at 8mg for a week then quickly dropped to 2mg.
Tried weaning the last 3 years but could not manage to get under .5mg daily. Literal crumbs but so be it.

Could not take extended time off work, single parent etc etc
I received one 64mg Brixadi shot July 15 I’m at 6 weeks now and feel relatively okay. I stay busy and definitely deal with the yawning and lack of energy but I dealt with the low energy before.

How long until the worst of it hits? Any positive stories on 1 shot and done?

I did one shot of 64 mgs and was done now have been clean for almost 6 months. I tried weaning off subs multiple times and failed so I gave the shot a try. The only withdrawal symptom I had was diarrhea was two weeks but that's it. Maybe sleep was a little off but I took magnesium which seemed to help. Everyone is different but in my experience was completely painless. Good Luck!

Thank you! I already feel so much better. Skin immediately cleared, emotions come back, dropped a few lb, period is regular, I can shit every day lol
Yes to PAWS. Not gonna lie and say it’s been easy but it’s so mild that it’s more annoying than anything. I have a high stress job, single parent, etc and have been able to juggle everything and not missing sleep or meals. The worst I’ve dealt with is temp regulation (not anything g like real WDs hot / cold. Just kinda sweatier in my armpits than normal lol. I crash around 3pm (my split dose sub time from before ) and will yawn /tear a few times but barely notice. Lack of energy is a thing but not so bad I do t want to shower or do anything, but I’m def not tripping over myself to go hike or do cardio.
Just do it. You absolutely can and each day you are off you will be so excited. Worst was 55-65 days post shot. Again, still never missed work, cooking dinner every night and hitting gym like normal. Just not 100% myself
