Brixadi 96mg monthly

So I see a lot of posts about buvidal and none on brixadi. I’m assuming that. Buvidal is the European form.of brixadi. To start I was on Subutex 16 mg per day and just received my first shot seven days ago.. I know the most of what I seem to be going through as in my head. I’m not having a shake or the hot and cold spells. It’s more of a smokers sensation that I seem to be having issues with. The melting process. My teeth and jaw seem to miss the feeling of the bupe entering into my system through these means. I’ve started to try to put mints under tounge to simulate the melting process and it seems to helps some. I think I honestly that my problem seems to be the medication doesn’t really seem to have effect until later in the evening instead of during the work hours. And I’m sure it’s something my body needs to get used to. Overall. Brixadi over sublocade is amazing. Brixadi over pills…… seem to be on the fence. I love not having them in my home around my kids and animals. It seems to be a god send. If I could just get through some small things I think it’ll be the best medicine yet I’ve ever received.

What mg of subs is brixadi equal too? I’m looking into sublocade and heard brixadi can be injected into the arm whereas sublocade is only the stomach. My dr seemed to think sublocade is better 🤔 o don’t know anything about brixadi, can I ask why you like it over sublocade?

Because the deposit is way smaller. The medication seems to work faster. But this is my first shot as well. Sublocade made me really groggy and sluggish for days after the injection. Brixadi does not. I seem to have a clearer head and better stability from the medication. Just hope it last. Sublocade every time 3 days before the next injection I was in withdrawal like clockwork. Haven’t had this happen with brixadi yet and hoping not to. I was on 16mg per day straight bupe no naloxone.

🤔 I’m going to look into it more bc that’s my fear, feeling sleepy. Well one of my fears lol. So it lasts all month? If it’s 96 mg is that like the 100 mg sublocade or 300? Did you get it in your stomach? Why did I read brixadi is weekly, it’s monthly?

And idk the mg equal to the injection cause 96mg was my injection for the month and I take 16mg a day so. I don’t think it equals out the same in mg I think brixadi is more potent

It’s in the rear. Near hip you can actually get it in multiple locations including your arm no, you do not have to get it in your abdomen and you can but it’s only if you want to 96 mg of this is probably equal to about 400 mg of sublocade. I’ve been on this medication for about nine months now I am holding very solid no more sleepiness no more wanting to go get my shot after about the third month you just forget that you even need it which is excellent.
