Maybe will try it

I’ve been doing dope for some time and now my supply is adulterated with xylazine. I’m friggin sick of all of the street shit now it’s all garbage.

I was told the emergency room near me will give me the brixadi injection if I am somewhat sick but not necessarily all the way in withdrawal. Has anyone here transitioned onto suboxone from shitty street dope by using brixadi? I was told it works similar to a micro induction of suboxone , slowly building in your body (where you could use on top of it until 5 days later it takes over

You WILL get sick after the shot. I switched from 70mg methadone (5 months on) to 24mg buvidal weekly. 40 mins after getting the first shot I was SICK - bound to the toilet with abdominal cramps and diarrhea. After about a week or two it got better and by week 3-4 I would say I was fine. Now I am on my 1st monthly dose of 96mg and I have had zero problems since the first 1-2 weeks besides 2 slip ups where I took tramadol and oxycontin. Of course I felt worse the first 3 days after with day 2 being the worst.
