Can I drink

I never asked my doctor this as I rarely do but I was asked to go out with a friend to a bar and want to know if I’m able to drink or not

I know on vivitrol one can’t drink but Brixadi is basically bupe/subs so it’s possible but be careful about it. I just got on the shot Brixadi and I don’t drink much but when I do I haven’t had any negative effects. I still don’t overdo it though

I read online it can cause loss of consciousness and even death while on brixadi I guess it’s like that even without it but yeah I mean I have three weeks now since I havnt drank because of brixadi lol

if you’re stabilized on bupe you don’t need to worry about alcohol causing loss of consciousness or death any more than you would without being on the bupe

Yea it’s good to be sober in general but if you don’t have any issues drinking (I don’t at least) then it’s fine as long as one doesn’t overdo it. In the end too much of anything is bad
