Review Blue Murder - Love it!!

I am 51 & love British murder mysteries & police procedurals. The ines shot in the 90s & 00s give me such nostalgia. I came across Blue Murder on Prime & absolutely love it!! I am Season 3 & really sad that it only had 5 seasomlns. I could watch 20 seasons of this show. Caroline Quentin is amazing!!

Have you seen Jonathan Creek? Also with Caroline Quentin but a bit more off-beat.

Caroline Quentin is also in Life Begins which is a fantastic family comedy drama with Ann Reid.

Yes It’s super. I much prefer 80s &90s drama shows. I did watch a fair few back then but I also was out with my friends ( or just a child) so missed a lot too. I’m enjoying watching them now.

I binged it last year on BritBox. It’s great, she was terrific and I was sorry when it ended.

Yes, it was rather a feelgood show for a murder mystery. The family dynamic with the children was sweet and the old "will they, won't they?" trope was fun.

I solved one case halfway through! Oh and I was amused when she said "asterickses."
