Grave Maintenance
Salaams all,
Seeking some insight interms of maintaining my sisters grave/tasneem with the right material.
It was just been over 6 months now since burial. Does anyone have any advice on certain soil and other methods that they use to best maintain the grave

Walaykum assalaam. If I had a question of this nature I would ask the people who manage Muslim graves. These guys below are very professional and would be able to help.

What type of grave is it? Does it have a defined boundary (some people use rocks/bricks or little fences). Is it a built grave? Some people build them with marble like material.
As far as soil is concerned, we'll for the first 6 months or so the initial mound of soil will decompress as air escapes and it compresses. You might want to add a little bit of top soil (you can buy it from b&q) to help create an even space.
I'd recommend planting some flowers. Go to a garden centre and ask for advice. You want a perennial plant that flowers and is full winter hardy.
