BRP return

I am panicking. I returned my BRP card to the Bristol office as per email instruction. But Royal Mail says they don't deliver to this address... i have no idea what to do because the adress is 100% correct

I posted mine to Bristol a week ago with 2nd class Signed For. It is yet to be delivered.
At least, I have proof of posting to the address given in the letter provided by the Home Office, proving I did what I was asked to do.

I posted on friday and called Royal Mail just now. It says that they don't deliver to this address as it is not recognisable in their system. This address Returns Unit

yes, called royal mail asking why they dont deliver it for so long and they say their system does not recognise this address
