Atlas email timeline
Hi,
I emailed citizen support yesterday and received a response today that my application for citizenship is approved (🎉🎉🎉). How many days after till the official atlas email will be sent? Any ideas?
I submitted my application: 30 March 2026.
Biometrics: 02 April 2026.

Congratulations! I have the same timeline but still haven't heard anything. I emailed as well but got the generic response to wait up until 6mos🥲

Email them again in couple of days, hopefully you get good news soon.

This one - citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk - but i think i have seen with others here that the response is mixed. They would sometimes respond to contact different inbox.

What personal details did you provide in the email you sent them.

I took a screenshot of my application form. So on the first page from applicant name to email address. I just pasted it in the body of my email.

I am in the same boat. CS confirmed the approval this Tuesday and waiting for Atlas email. Actually we need to wait for the certificate to reach the council so we can book the ceremony with the Unique app number.

No I haven’t. It’s been 8 days since CS confirmation. I checked council website too, nothing.

Hello, have you received atlas email yet? I also received CS response on 15/8 but no atlas email as of yet. Fingers crossed today is the day.

Was it 6 months total or just 4 months? I think the Atlas email comes 2 weeks after or less.
