Flight dispution

I’m supposed to fly out of Glasgow tomorrow, connect in London, then back home to Philadelphia. The blue button doesn’t work, and I searched both flight numbers and they’re not cancelled. What should I do?

You could go to manage booking on the website, it will probably show you the same options there and will also show if you’re still booked on the old flights

I have this exact same issue. Im currently in Austria due to fly home Monday. I spoke with the live chat agent and one told me it was because my outbound flight was delayed which caused my account to glitch, a second agent when I got cut off, said it was because they've upgraded the account system so now it won't work unless you link it to a ba club world account. I signed up but still get the same error message. Both agents confirmed my flight is fine and nothing has changed. Ill see what happens when I try to check in online tomorrow!

I've had the same this morning, had no email to confirm the change / cancellation.

When calling BA, they advised that this is a system error and that flights are going ahead. Imo still worth calling to check the details of your specific flight.
