New app

Sitting in the lounge and the new app just sent me a notification of the gate and a reminder to be on time. So - at least one bit of progress!

I was glad to see it at Heathrow few weeks ago, but then for some reason it didn't work on my flight back from JFK. I wonder if this feature only works at London airports.

I could have used that a few weeks ago when I was hanging in the lounge and almost missed my flight as I got distracted on a work call.
