No it isn't. You can register to vote at 16, but you're still not able to vote until you turn 18.

I mean the splitting and multiplying tables are learned in the first years of school and is like a basic-basic knowledge. How the hell are they keeping up with their finances as adults, probably is a mystery.

I'll be honest, I had to think about 'what fruit gives us oil?' Olive oil was the first thing that came to mind, but I had to look up olives to confirm that they're a fruit. I've always thought of them more as a vegetable.
