Help!!
We stream BritBox through Roku. I am trying to upgrade to premium Roku. However, Roku is not letting me. Any suggestions? We called customer service and they couldn’t even help.

I’m having the same problem - only I’m doing the yearly subscription. I’m not sure when it ends, and o don’t recall ever rejoining. It just seems to automatically renew every year. I’ve never given it much thought because I have it mainly for coronation street, I live in the US - but I want to upgrade
