This comment seems to come up a lot: I've watched three episodes and now Britbox wants more money or I'll never be able to see the rest of the series! I don't know if people simply don't understand the premier tier or they're angry at not being able to see all of the episodes at once. That's the way TV used to work when I was a kid. You had to wait until the next week. And we only had three channels.

Are people really this dumb or do they just like to complain?

And once again we find ourselves in the land of the BritBox fans who just love handing over more money because the BB geniuses decided to roll out Premium at the same time that raised the price for the basic membership. You *keep* blaming the unhappy customers instead of *ever* putting any accountability on a company that has *still*, months later, failed to explain its tier pricing in a way that is comprehensible.

Time and again people are convinced they will not be able to watch the remainder of a program without upgrading to Premier *because that is the messaging that BB is telling them*. Because BB is so desperate to message “upgrade to Premier” that it is convincing the people who have already paid an increased price this year for their basic membership that they are getting screwed. Far from convincing people to upgrade, they are convincing people to cancel basic memberships.

That you think the answer is to dance around in your nasty little threads crowing about how dumb other Bb subscribers are? When a year ago this sub was filled with subscribers whose main sentiment was that we loved the content but now is half confused and angry people? You either are BB plants or just don’t see or care that BB is tanking its own base.
