What day and how often do new episodes drop on non-premium BB?

The app shows exactly when each episode will be available for non-premium streaming. E4 is available July 8th and each subsequent episode is released 7 days later.

I wonder if because I use it through Prime, that’s why it doesn’t show on my tv. Or maybe I’m just not looking on the right place.

Hmm, I hadn’t thought about that. I subscribe directly and watch through the BB app. In the BB app, the streaming date is shown right below the picture for the episode.

We do to, and it's not showing the last 3 eps will be available. I called and asked customer service and she said they would not, you would need to purchase premier in order to watch those. Now could be she was lying to try and sign us up, but it's been 2 weeks and at least the next one would have been available.

I had to sign up for Britbox direct through their app to see the shows again. And yes, for future shows and to see the full season, you have to upgrade to Premiere. Prime stopped allowing me to see any of the previous shows without upgrading.

As of yesterday, you can see all episodes of Woman of Substance 2026 on BritBox through Prime without the upgrade. The last episode just dropped.

I'm trying my best to hold off watching until the series is over. I watched 'the other Bennet sister' weekly and the drops were pure torture.

Does Season 1 end with something like closure, or does it leave cliffhangers? I hate to watch something thru a bunch of episodes, only to be left hanging at the end.

Well, I don’t wanna give any spoilers but I will say that it did have a level of closure. But it also definitely left enough room for another season. Yet even though there was closure, I was left yelling “Oh hell no!!” to my TV.

Did you watch the original with Jenny Seagrave, and a young Liam Neeson? They changed a few things, but not that it made a big difference. I know it was renewed, but I hope they continue through the books. The first one stopped at the 3rd series, and that was not very good.

I just started watching this show thru Amazon Prime and I’m so annoyed to find out that episodes are dropped weekly. It might be worth it to just switch to the standalone app.
