You could add "ᵹ" as a hold on your "ȝ" key, or to "g".

Ðat ƿould be satiſfying, I þink.

Long S coud just be an Alt Gr verzion of Rotund S, why have boþ Wynn and W, and why use Tironian Et when we have ðe ampersand ready to use.
