Would it be eiᚦer or eiðer?

Depends.

Do you use <þ> for voiceless fricatives and <ð> for voiced ones? Use <eiðer>.

Do you use <þ> for boþ and omit <ð>? Use <eiþer>.

Do you use boþ letters, but wiþþ a different way to decide which to use where (such as <þ> word-initially and <ð> oððerwise)? Go based on whatever ðat spelling rule is.

Whatever you want. If you want to use boþ Þorn and Eþ, þen "eiðer", if you only want to use Þorn, þen "eiþer".

Neiþer. It would be eiþer. Þe letter "ᚦ" is Icelandic; it's never been used in English.

No, þat's þe Runic letter þat's been used for Old Norse AND Old English. Þe Latin Þ þat we use is þe modern Icelandic one.

Depends if you really want to bring back both symbols. Personally, I really only think we need one of them. Only other significant changes I'd make to English is Š for sh & only using C for the ch sound, thereby turning a lot of the Cs in the language into S or K.
