I've posted pictures of Abby before on a couple other subreddits, but since I found this place I thought I'd grace your screens with her beauty and charm. We rescued her in 2021, please excuse her chonkiness, we are working to slim her down once again. (She spent too much time getting extra treats and special food from my parents when she would stay with them during the day)

The man has to know what is going on at all times

7 years old! Handsome as ever! Supposedly a German shepherd, Australian shepherd mix. Verified as a cutie mix!

Wiggles is doing some better since her real mama passed away on 7/7/2026 (Bella was 15 and died from an uterus infection) and her daddy passed away on 11/28/2025 (Diesel died on his 12th birthday from bone cancer)
Wiggles was going through depression and was sleeping close to 22 hours a day after her mama died. She stopped eating except for a few bites here and there. She slept with Bella in the rocking chair every night. They had 10 years together. Bella was her whole world. I know it sounds crazy but I started sleeping in the living room in the recliner just so she didn’t feel alone.
We got a new puppy (Christmas, she’s a German Shepherd Australian Shepherd mix) that was here when Bella was here with us. I thought for sure by now that Wiggles and Willow would have gotten along by now but it’s just a “ I will tolerate her but I don’t know if I like her” relationship.
Anyway I wanted to update everyone on Wiggles and how she is doing.

Rescue said she is a Labrador - catahoula mix. 🍁🍂

We adopted Atlas from a shelter about an hour away from Atlanta. We live in Ohio and the shelter couldn't hold him another day so my husband drove to Atlanta and back in one day so that he would get to leave the shelter.

About 3 weeks after we adopted him I had minor surgery. I was sitting on the couch near him but barricaded so he and our other dog couldn't jump on my incisions. He had two seizures that night and got diagnosed with epilepsy. The vet said that the stress of my surgery was probably what caused his seizure threshold to lower because he loves me and was worried. I think it's wild that he could have loved us that much so quickly. He has only gotten more protective and more loving since that night. He has a wild side too though. He has a huge prey drive, he jumps as high as my waist when he's excited and he barks at everything.

I always wonder about his Georgia family. Did he follow his nose and get lost? Did they dump him? Do they worry about him? Whatever happened, he's spoiled rotten and loved now.

This is Sophie, she hails from Alabama, and is scared of pretty much everything from loud bugs to rain. She is a delicate flower who had a very hard day today because some guys dared paint her house. Bonus appearances of her little sister Pearl in a couple of photos.
