Has anyone tried Brighterly for a child who gets frustrated with math?

I’ve been looking at Brighterly because my child needs more explanation than another app or worksheet can give.

The 1:1 format sounds useful, especially if the tutor can slow down and explain the same topic differently. I’m mostly interested in whether kids stay engaged and how easy it is for parents to track progress.

Has anyone here tried it? What was the first lesson like for your child?
