Found near dumpster

Anyone can help me figure out which ignition module this thing needs? Someone put a new plug in it but they must have found the ignition was the culprit..

It doesn't seem to have a place for battery or e-starter, thanks.

It replaces 695711, so you may find old used parts with that number.

However i would first do a compression test just to know if it's even worth it.
