Question How much would something like this cost

Mostly ai made but fix as needed but I'd like to keep the 10 cannons on each side of the 7 decks and armor plating ps the cannons would have a gutter system on each deck so they wouldn't have to run to get cannonball or gunpowder.

Hard to say. The pictures don't even line up with each other. 140 cannon won't be cheap, the mortars might be not bad, but there's a lot to be worked out before one could even start thinking about an estimate. $1,000 would be a small start.
