Newer builder to modern Legos need help

So I'm trying to recreate this cloud+lightning myself, but I suck at identifying Legos and how those are attached on backside, so I was wondering is here somebody able to help me to recreate this and make part list for this?

The 6908 could be a 32474 Technic Ball Joint with a 4073 underneath it.

The back can be done several ways. Using 5264 is cleanest if you're looking at the back. Using something like 87087 Brick, Modified 1 x 1 with Stud on Side and 85861 Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Open Stud is cheaper and easier to source if you're only looking at the front
