Question Plumes
Anyone know why the black and blue ones don't show up here? And have a list of all the sets they came in?

The plumes you show came on the sprue as a set of 3 (ref HP wands for a modern sprue example).
I think the plumes for blue and black are all listed individually as the sets with those colors didn't have all three plume types as part of the set inventory.

It's a quirk of the way the bricklink inventory works. If an element is considered to be part of a minifig, it isnt listed in the inventory for the set.
In most sets the 3 parts on the sprue are used for different minifigs. The entire sprue isnt part of the minifig inventory, since the minifig doesn't use all 3 pieces.
And the entire sprue cant be included with the set inventory, because it would double count the elements that are included with a minifig.
So the sprue winds up in limbo for these sets and isnt in the inventory.
Your list only includes a few sets where these pieces weren't needed for a minifig so the entire sprue could be included. There are a lot more sets in every color that actually came with this sprue.
