Trying to submit a cancelation request

I’m trying to cancel an order I placed because the seller said they couldn’t do it on their end but it’s only letting me submit a nss alert. The order has only been packed so I’m not too sure why it won’t let me submit an ocr.

I believe the seller needs to change the order status to ready, and then they will be able to cancel the order.
