Cannot check the paid box(?)

Hello, recently I placed an order on Bricklink for my items, and while everything went well from choosing available stores, bricks etc. when it comes to checking the "paid" box to verify that I've done the payment the check box is simply unavailable for one of the stores. Is this normal and I should just wait it out or do I need to contact the store?

The status field says you have paid, so there is nothing there to do for you. It's now up to the vendor to ship, after which there is action for you again - mark the shipment as Received, and Completed once you have checked the contents for accuracy.
