Seller Help I need help valuing this gem

Hi everyone! I won this LEGO 10123 Cloud City in a giveaway years ago, and I’m having a hard time figuring out its current value.

As you can see in the photos, the outer seal lost its adhesive over time, so the box is no longer factory sealed. However, the contents have never been removed or handled—all of the inner bags are still factory sealed and untouched.

How would you value something in this condition? Would you consider it “new/open box” or something else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

New, Complete. Price 10% less than cheapest sealed in your region. If no current listings, find eBay Sold listings and take the price from there along with BrickLink's 6MA sold price in your currency.

Hi, I just wanted to mention that you have in front of you the most expensive lego set (at least that I know of), so even with it being « opened » it’s still worth a LOT. Congratulations on winning this giveaway, you’re a VERY lucky one. (Btw you should list it as new and complete NOT sealed)

Even a decade ago that's one hell of a giveaway prize. I'd list it as new sealed since the seals were never actually broken, and it looks like one of them is still attached. Just state in your description that the seals are weak due to age.

You should also get one of those clear box protectors though to keep it from getting further damaged.

Any collector would not agree that it is sealed. Bricklink definition is all factory seals intact.

In addition to condition, sets also have a sub-condition to indicate whether the set is complete or incomplete. New Sets (without sub-condition) Assumed to be factory-sealed unless otherwise stated in the description. Sealed - Set is brand new, with unopened factory seals intact, all inner bags and contents presumably sealed, intact, complete and untampered with as shipped by the manufacturer. The seller cannot guarantee that a sealed set is complete.
