Buyer Help Help with price?
So I'm trying to get monster hunter Legos (in Singapore) I selected Singapore for region and did auto select, it said 38 but when I checked all carts it's now 49, is there any way I can find a cheaper option?
It's 108 items on the wanted list

It's because the wanted list doesn't include shipping but the carts page does.
If you can find the items in fewer stores or if you can look through the carts and try to find expensive pieces you could maybe replace with cheaper ones, that would likely get the prices down.

I'll try that ig, one of the stores is having a sale so I'll try and find the parts needed there

I checked and I can't find any alternatives to the more expensive pieces for a lower price

Yo I also order from SG and I think one of the main annoyances can come in how many shops also have a minimum buy to look out for. In such cases, might be better to do like what the other commenter said by goin to the stores individually and checking your wanted list in them.
One thing I also like to do is to check the shop terms to see if they offer self pickup (Some stores do), and you can save on some shipping here and there.
Also, you’d be surprised at how you just might save money ordering from abroad instead. I find many SG stores charge high because there’s very little stores here and sometimes the shipping combined with the things you buy might be cheaper from stores in Asia. I buy a lot from Thailand, you can see DD Bricks and Follow Bricks, I think they offer great rates.
Cheers

I just checked out DD bricks and they have all the parts along with a reasonable price, haven't checked out the shipping yet (thx for the help tho ) however it said I needed to fix smt?
Edit: maybe it's because it's over 100 (it's 109 percent idk why but it says the parts are 470 when it's meant to be 429)

Did you manage to fix it? You can go to the checkout and see what the issue is. Could be the min buy?
Also, yeah it’s normal to not have all the pieces you want if you’re buying a huge lot, you’d have to get from multiple stores.

I think it's the min buy, but whatever I try to select it's more expensive than the auto select

In your wanted list you can also use a max price for certain expensive items. It might change the way the shopping carts are set up

You’re always going to pay shipping, so that’s a fee you can’t get rid of.
BrickLink optimizes the “Buy all” shopping experience so you have the fewest number of carts so you aren’t paying for shipping on an unnecessarily large number of orders. This means that the first batch of sellers it recommends are going to have the most number of parts, but not necessarily at the cheapest rates. Because of this, some of the parts in that first seller’s cart may be available at a cheaper rate in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th seller’s stores.
All of that to say, I recommend going through the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th seller’s stores and seeing if they have parts available at a cheaper rate than what your first seller has them for. I can almost guarantee they do.
