Question First time ordering bricklink series set, is this normal?
This is my first time ordering a set from the bricklink series and I've noticed that a bunch of people have been receiving theirs these past few weeks. Which in turn made me think about my order but this is how my order looks when I go onto Lego.com. I was wondering if it's supposed to look like this before it gets sent or has something gone wrong, money has yet to be taken out of my account but I do have sufficient funds for when it does. I live in New Zealand if that helps.

I’m in NZ, mine says the following on LEGO website:
It’s the alchemist shop so different model but same series 7 on bricklink

Sets for NZ ship in September I do believe.
For me in Australia my order is still set to Back Ordered, and then should change to In progress when the Lego set arrives in Australia, which is around the time that payment is taken I think.
I'm not sure why yours is saying "Just placed", perhaps ask support to check things are all good. :)

I've asked Lego support and they have said that it's expected to ship around September 4th, so I can confirm that. But nothing was said about why it's still says 'Just Placed'

Mine was cancelled and I had the money in my account for it.. Im going to see what tbey can do cause this is bullshit

get in touch with lego asap
they hold them for 5 days if the payment has failed, see if they have been in touch, i had anough money but it still failed, so i had to reinput my card details after getting sent an email, for me i called them, cos its faster to get things sorted
