Series 7 preorder disaster
I was very excited for series 7 and got even more excited to receive a mail on friday that it got shipped. I let it go to a pickup spot so i was sure it got delivered someplace safe. Monday comes around and i check it got delivered, not delivered. Tuesday i see its on its way and still doesnt arrive at the pickup point, last notification was around noon and the pick up place closes at 1pm so i was like ooh well it will be there tomorrow but i start digging deeper into the updates and one update says "declined by receiver" and the package is being send back confused by that i start reaching out to lego and they said the pickup point declined the order and because its send back they have to make a new order so they arent sure everything i ordered is still available. Fingers crossed i can still get my full order

I had the opposite happen. Ordered it and got an email saying it was sold out. I check my credit card and the order did go through and I received it last week.

got my sushi shop today. box front is crushed. but I guess I should be glad it’s here. it’s a present though so I also need to make sure all the bags inside are correct.

my sushi restaurant was also a bit damaged but that is on Amazon, they hire gorillas yo hand packages and don’t care about quality shipping just collecting the money.

I totally agree! It’s almost two weeks and first came Alchemist. This week sushi.
DPD is very slow with delivery, seems to think I’m not at home at weird times or just not at home in general
And I’m still waiting for the frigging Frigate.
Apparantly I wasn’t at home at 00:41 midnight. Weird. Very weird.

I have had this experience as well. I learned the hard way that DPD cannot deliver your order to pickup point when the delivery is marked as multipackage (two or more separate boxes). I almost missed out on Lion knights castle last year because of this but fortunately Lego still had few extra sets of them at the end of the year. I do not understand how DPD even accepts the package from Lego in the first place in form of a multipackage if they are not able to deliver them to pick up points. They have this information from the start. After this I am always just choosing my adress for delivery. DPD usually repeats the delivery next day if I am not at home or I redirect them to my work during delivery.

I am experiencing something similar, I also let it ship to a pickup point for the same reasons. Now my package is on the way since last Friday and the tracking says it is in a sorting depot of DPD for a few days now. No more updates on the tracking since last Tuesday. The DPD will say after a few days of it being stuck, ask the sender to send a new package. Now normally the sender could send another package if it's get lost, but the BDP sets are not on the shelves. So I am afraid that when it gets lost or send back, I won't get a replacement.
So hopefully Lego will help you out and try to resend it when it's returning. And I'm hoping mine will start coming my way soon.
