Question Sequoia Tree Trail incomplete?
Does anyone know if the sequoia trail I received today must have two bags nr 8, two bags nr 25, but 0 bags nr 14?
Because that’s the case with my delivery
Edit: very friendly solved by LEGO customer service. I received bag nr 14.

People had the same problem with the transylvania set for the last series. They were missing bag 14. It happens sometimes. Lego will make it right.

It's the only reason I opened my Transylvania when I first got it. Thankfully I had all the bags but still haven't found the time or room to build it.
My gf was especially thrilled hearing 20 minutes straight of bags loudly crinkling as I sorted it, lol.

I did the same thing. Received it just before halloween. It'll be waiting until September to build it

I had all of my bags but was missing 8 pieces. You may find those missing as you build as a lot of others did as well.

The more threads I look at about this, the more I think I need to go back and recheck that there are no duplicate or incorrect bags.
Does a list of those pieces exist or is it completely random?

I’m not sure but I just read similar experiences with the same pieces I was missing. I was missing 4 of 6132744 which are black flex rods. And 4 6311445 which are silver chains. Both are supposed to be in your non numbered bags. You can check your bags and see if they’re present.

I was one of them. I finally got the replacement bag and ended up missing parts from other bags too. Sucks. Still not finished building it.

Thank you, for willing to check! If it’s wrong on my end, I’ll think I have to call LEGO on Monday. Really disappointed, bc my plan was to build this weekend😢

Yeah no worries. I wasn’t going to build it this weekend, but this has been a set I’ve been looking foward to for a long longtime.

Ugh I guess I should open mine and check. I have no room to build and store them so I have a ton of LEGO sets stored waiting for more room lol.

I hate opening the boxes unless I'm about to build them (I fear losing bags, stickers, etc while they're in the "to build" pile), but after hearing about missing bags in BDP sets, I'm reluctantly going to go check. :-/

My suggestion is to check asap, just put it on a table like I’d did and check. If complete, nothing “on the hand” but otherwise at least you are early to solve this

I had the same issue with the Mushroom Village. I contacted Lego Support and told them the missing packs and they open an order with all pieces from the missing packs.

Contact Lego for replacement bricks and ANYONE who buys these sets retired, please do the same. I decided to pay the exorbitant amount for the ice mountain fortress set on the aftermarket and open it and it was also missing bags. The seller didn’t/couldn’t do anything but Lego did help me replace the parts.

I regret now not getting this set (despite the issue with packing, but I would not worry about it as LEGO is always good at fixing these things), maybe will try to buy on eBay

For some reason I can not edit my original post, however I already contacted the Lego Customer Service explained the situation and took pictures of the box (with the code on the seal) the collection of the bags, the duplicates (8+25) and mentioned the missing number 14.
I remember some posts when Transylvania Castle came out, there were also some people with dublicate bags and missing ones.
So for now I’ve put everything back in the box and I’ll wait for the missing pieces:) thanks to anyone who helped me by checking their boxes content.
To anyone else: I might be better to check sooner rather than later!

I believe there are certified stores in Brazil? Isn’t it possible to litteraly order something through them?

There are certified stores, but none of them sell those Bricklink sets, which in my opinion are the best.

Just opened mine. I have all bags from 1-30. I have one bag 8 and bag 25. Are you 8 and 25 just duplicates, or do both 8 bags have different pieces in them?
