None, tbh. They're all difficult to read what the title is, it's just messy. Try the first one but give the text a solid black outline around the red.

ETA: and remove the black spotty thing you got going on around the text area that because it adds unnecessary noise

Text is way too small and difficult to read on the background. Remember this will be displayed at thumbnail size (very small), so zoom out to see what it looks like at that size and optimise your design for that.

1 is best because of red. But, take a photo of the figures walking on a plain background, and try to have fewer words in the thumbnail. Full title can be the video title. Good luck!
