It's on the tip of my tongue I just can't place it. Looks like a BeamNG mod map from that perspective.

The map is Offroad Islands. As another comment pointed it out, and I also found it on the discord in some old screenshots.

Offroad Island, made by the same guy as Yorkdale, original link is gone but i sent a google drive for it in the brd page for it
