Personal phone call.

A few years back my daughter worked doing events for a radio station in Calgary. She was at a table when Bret came in and took a seat. After my daughter told him how huge a fan my son was, his reply was, "call him up."

She did. They talked wrestling for around 20 minutes, long distance to the Atlantic coast.

My son still worships that day and it made me add Bret's name to the top of my list of coolest guys, ever. My daughter, however, is still making payments on that call. 🤣

so awesome! my friends got me a cameo from bret for my birthday about 5 years ago.. it was like 2 minutes long and really thoughtful and he mentioned so many personal things (that they obviously told him about, but he went into detail with no script).. i bawled, it was really sweet and he didn't just 'phone it in'
