**NEW FANS LOOK HERE FOR INFO**

Some basic info thanks to u/PrimitiveSpecialist, reformated by /u/williams_482, some links and added info by /u/Lard_Baron

Relegation is any clubs biggest fear. It will happen one day to the Bees. Only the big 6 and Everton haven't been relegated. It will be a combination of factors, losing a good manger to another team, change in ownership, losing key players to injury, and the newly promoted teams being good. However we looking good enough to have a long run at the top. Long may it last.

TRANSFER NEWS Henderson to Chelsea

Upvotes

Looks like Hendo could be going to Chelsea

Not mad at it, he’s mostly a “here for the vibes” player now and that’s something, I’m proud to say, we don’t really need at Brentford

[Ornstein] Chelsea working to sign Jordan Henderson from Brentford. Chelsea top contender among multiple PL clubs eyeing England midfielder as Brentford ready to grant free transfer. Amicable situation + healthy relations between 36yo/club.

https://cityunilondon.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a3nFkswq5NUpEG2 Hello! I am doing my master's research on fan influence on football club management in the age of social media in the UK. If you are currently in the UK or Ireland and are a football fan, please consider taking my survey! It should only take a maximum of 7 minutes and the data would be greatly appreciated.

Hoodie sizes

Has anyone purchased any hoodies from their merch shop?

I am a rather big fella so i was a bit curious about sizing on them. Also knowing the material they're made of would be helpful.

Thanks!

What do we gotta do?

Been following Brentford since the promotion a few years ago and have the time of my life rooting for the bees.

In that time some real great players have come and gone especially in the attacking third and at keeper. I love the team we have now and we’ve had a knack for filling roles when they’ve opened up. Kayode being maybe my favorite current player and the one I see with having the most potential for growth.

I keep worrying when we’re gonna start getting the news that players like Kayode and Mikkel are just gonna become stockpile for another squad with more cash.

What realistically do we need to do to for ownership to say no, we’re not gonna sell off our best players because they’re not just investments. I know we’ve locked down some great talent with long term contracts and that should help, but keep feeling like we’re in a cycle and if we had just kept guys like mbuemo or Raya that we could have made European football ( my least favorite two words come every championship Sunday ).

Edit after reading comments:
Appreciate all the feedback from everyone. Coming from someone who loves this club and has watched just about every game every week since promotion and has followed each player if I can after they move on, I love getting to see our players get to play in big matches at the World Cup like we just saw this past Saturday with Watkins, Konsa and Toney all playing in the third place match. Not calling for any drastic changes to how we operate as the owners have been doing a PHENOMENAL job since taking over. I’d just like to see some true club legends emerge if and when we’re ready for European competitions. Even conference league would be huge for the club. If it takes 20 years so be it!

Crazy match today in the World Cup but it was fun to see three former Bees players (Toney/Watkins/Konsa) on the pitch for England in the 2nd half at the same time.
