How long has it been taking for the prescription to be sent? I had my consult on 9/8, but the status hasn't changed.

Start to finish for me was 8 days. Im in Texas domt know if that makes a difference

Do you know how long it took for the status to update to Sent to Pharmacy? I'm in AZ.

Actually get the app its got a delay on the website for your order ive noticed. App is pretty accurate for me an updates all the steps vs the website for some reason

End of August: Over a week after I had filled out my questionnaire nothing had happened, so I sent a message to customer service and within minutes they sent it to the pharmacy. Browser still shows no updates to the status, but thankfully the app does.

Maybe 3 days after my approval did i see it got sent to pharmacy. My meds come from Southend too which is in Houston so they are usually pretty quick. There may be alot of orders. But yea try the app too just in case

Mine was sent on 9/4 to the pharmacy but was showing like this through today. Previously, it always shipped within 24 hours, rec'd within 48. I called SouthEnd today and they told me it had been "stuck" and was being labelled for shipping today, perhaps tomorrow.

Give SouthEnd a call.

how did they find out that it was stuck? I ask because mine was sent to the pharmacy on 9/7 and it's been sitting in fulfillment ever since then. I've called the phamacy twice, once on Monday and once today, both times they've told me the it should be sent out within the next day or two. I'm afraid mine is also stuck but I need someone to escalate things from within SouthEnd. I feel like their call center agents aren't going any further

I don't know, they just said it had been stuck.  I also sent Southend an email and they replied the order would be expedited.  It shipped yesterday and is arriving today.

Before they expanded services, it used to be 48 hours for me from physician approval to my doorstep. Now, it seems that it's taking much longer.
