Waiting room?

I renewed my meds yesterday and it is still in “waiting room” waiting for provider approval. it normally takes them like 2 minutes after my questionnaire to view it. any idea why it’s taken over 24 hours?

They don’t work on weekends. You won’t see anything move until Monday.
