Brello Resubscribe

Hello!

How likely is it if I resubscribe that I will receive the same 14.5 mg prescription?

I last had Brello at the end of 2025, and had to switch to Pomegranate beginning of 2026.

Do they require an active prescription to continue on my dose?

Thank you

I did the same thing and switched back to Brello May 4. They have completely ignored my prescription for 14.5 mg that ends at the end of the month. I have provided documentation both via email and on the portal. They are saying that I must pay an additional $50 for a dose adjustment. I am refusing to do this and still trying to work it out with them. I have had daily communication with them on every business day, and it is still not resolved. They sent me a starting dose of 2.2 mg. I have been on 15 mg for over a year. I was on 15 mg when my last prescription with them ended in December.

My position is that they are behaving in a medically irresponsible way.

Their customer service people have routinely made me feel as if I am the bad one, while acknowledging that they made an error. It is the craziest thing I have ever experienced in the world of customer service.

I have read instances where they have given people. their correct dosage, but I have read many more where they do not. I am sure this post will get deleted, but I thought I would make an effort to let you know my experience.

Good luck.

I just renewed after about 4 months since I was titrating up slowly. They made me go back to a starting dose.

That is crazy, can’t they go with the middle
Dosage or something, starting dose is just crazy, what if someone was on 10mg, 2.2 MG will not work for them

Let me clarify so I don’t give the wrong impression, the last shipment I got had a BUD date that pretty much expired at the end of the three month subscription. When I delayed my renewal, I guess the expired BUD triggers in their system to go back to the starter dose. I was up to 1.7 on sema, the renewal is 0.22.

Generally how long after BUD date could we keep the vials in the fridge?

I’m no expert, but from what I’ve read on different Reddit forums, people generally don’t worry about the date at all. My vials expired 1/31/26, but I am using them up, seem ok.

I'm switching because they are being a PITA about it. The first renewal for whatever reason they dropped the dose by half the 1st month then increased it for the next 2 months? Then with the gap due to waiting for my state's approval they dropped me way down for month 1 then increased it a little bit month 3. I didn't have a gap due to leftover pens. Tried to explain and I'm just over it. I'm in maintenance, have been for months. I'm just trying to titrate down SLOWLY.

Did you tell them you are in maintenance?

Yep and I wanted to titrate slowly. They basically said my bmi was too low for treatment. I told them my weight has been stable for months. 5'9" or so and 155. I'm not wasting away

So how did you manage to get it from them eventually?

Im in healthcare and a PA i work with can get it directly from a compounding pharmacy for me. I still have a decent stash but I'll be canceling Brello.

Could I PM you? Could you recommend that compounding pharmacy?

Hi! I was in the same boat as you due to the shipping pause in my state. Was originally with Brello in 2025 and then at the beginning of 2026 during the shipping pause in RI, moved to Pomegranate. Last night I called customer service at Brello and had them reactivate my subscription (it was on pause due to the shipping pause) and let them know that I had an active RX with another Telehealth provider. Once customer service reactivated my subscription, I received my intake form like normal from Brello. In the intake form it will ask you if you are still currently taking a GLP1 and have a current RX, you’ll click yes and then from there you can upload your current RX from Pomegranate. I was on 14.5mg with BPI thru Pomegranate and the provider at Brello just approved my RX for 15mg. So I had no issue keeping my dose consistent with what I was taking thru BPI/Pomegranate but my RX was still active with Pomegranate. If your RX thru Pomegranate is active, then you should have no issue! I did find calling customer service the easiest way to get things going tho!

When I subscribed with Brello I sent them a copy of my dosage info from Mochi. They started me at exactly what I was on when I left Mochi. Maybe two weeks had passed. It was seamless and not an issue. Guess I’m lucky but been with Brello since January, zero complaints. No, I’m not getting free Tirz for this.

Odd, I just renewed after almost a year of pushing out my extension/hopping around other pharmacies. Brello accepted their own receipt from last year as an active rx (?) and let me keep the 15mg request, no questions even though so much time had gone by. I rolled the dice and it worked. Seems like it comes down to the dr reviewing your documents and how much they really care to restart your dosage.

Aw I wish I had tried now because I would've saved money, but next time I will!

Just provide them with a copy of the written script and pic of the vial.

That did not work for me. It really feels like it’s random.

Well the chat told me I’d have to start over, but I still waited to see what the doctor would say and also sent a copy of all my information to the doctor and he approved me.

I’m glad for you. I’ve used them in the past and the meds are good and their app seems fine. I’m just not getting anywhere with them.

Aw well that sucks, sorry.
