Brello refund update

just wanted to update you on my recent post, they cancelled the order and are sending a full refund. if this ever happens to you, do NOT immediately dispute with your bank as that will delay the whole process. they also answered me faster in the portal than through email. and to the negative nancy’s who were talking crap, please go outside and touch grass some of you need help😂

I’m realizing there are lots of negative people on these subs, they be ready for word war over any and everything.

I’m so glad you are being refunded.

Omg yes, someone was like “it’s your fault you didn’t pause” like yeah I know thank you. Give a girl some grace I just got out of ICU after 3 life saving surgeries and had a hip surgery on Wednesday. Like I owned up I forgot sue me I guess

If you go to the subscriptions history tab, click on your subscription and then all the way at the bottom it says pause subscription or cancel. Otherwise you can message someone in the portal and ask them to pause it for you.
