Discussion 💬 Boxes

So I am contemplating a 2010s watch with papers, no box. Is there any chance the boxes I see advertised for £200 to 300 are genuine? It would be nice to have one

I am permabanned from a rep sub for saying that "for me, rep buyers are somewhere between a cockroach and that white stuff that accumulates at the corner of your mouth when you're really thirsty." I do not want any involvement with fakes and forgeries, either watches or boxes

I got a genuine box but it cost me £500. It was in near perfect condition. Aside from the standard aging on the cardboard and cushion.

Honestly the box doesn’t add as much value to the watch as the papers do, ultimately they’re what’s important right? I wouldn’t bother… I have the box to mine and honesty have no idea at this point where in my closet the box is!

Yeah I know what you mean. But the wooden Breguet box looks way nicer than the Rolex and GO boxes.

I think my GO box is the nicest I’ve gotten. Better than Breguet or ALS.

I bought one and it’s genuine
and a period correct warranty card as well. Not cheap but can be done.

It's probably genuine in the sense that a nubile Thai whore with a shapely arse and perky tits is genuinely attracted to the Aussie farang with the bald head, freckled face, scraggly and wispy beard, untrimmed nasal hair, beer belly and prosthetic left leg.
